I ordered the Garlic Knots that comes with marinara sauce. Later i had a fever, headache and felt nauseated and a severe stomach cramp. I ate lunch about 2:45 pm on 3/5/16. I had the spinach and cheese dip appetizer and the farfalle chicken and garlic pasta (w/o chicken).
