Ate salad, pizza and dessert. Had beetroot, lettuce, potato salad, dressing for the salad. Had vegetarian hot pizza which had onion, peppers, chillis. Had chocolate ice cream with waffle and chocolate sauce. Felt sick 12 hours later then threw up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
