I had orange chicken, rice, chow mein, mushroom chicken, shanghai angus steak, and cream cheese wontons. Ate it yesterday for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner and now I'm paying for it. My butt feels like a smelly volcano.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate the chow mien, fried shrimp, spring roll, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Shortly after I felt nauseous and thought nothing of it then went to work. About 6 hours after eating a began having awful diarrhea, every time I think it's done and go to stand I feel awful again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had chow mein, orange chix, deer fire chix and spring rolls.. Ate most of it right after I picked it up about 12 hours later I woke up with really bad stomach pains and then 30 minutes later I was throwing up.. Thrown up several times since.. Chow mein, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken.
Ate around 3:30pm, was violently ill by 8:00.
Severe nausea, followed by vomiting and stomach cramps, also accompanied by fever, chills, and profuse sweating. Its now 8am and still have nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
