I had some the mac and cheese from the salad bar. What later happened was terrible. Intense stomach cramps, throwing up, nausea, and weakness. I went to the Doctors on Duty and they gave me medicine. Food was consumed on May 8, May 9 was when all hell broke loose.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness

I went to chick-fil-a today and got a cobb salad and a cookies & creme milk shake. about 2 hours later I started feeling sick. I got a horrible stomach ache and have had diarrhea for a couple hours now. I feel awful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
