Salad bar - kale and romaine salad with beets, olives, bacon bits, roasted red peppers and croutons. Immediate bloating and nausea plus sweats within the hour following eating it. Now fever, intense cramping and need to have BM but cannot. Dry heaving, but not much comes up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Sweating

I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream. Ate there last night, 5/27, at approx. 7. At approx 12:15 a I started having stomach pains and nausea. I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. Didn't feel well all day today.
