I ordered a steak bowl. As I was eating it I thought it didn't taste great and threw half of it away. I got terrible indigestion and felt super sick almost immediately. I was throwing up all night and glued to the bathroom for days. I was out of work for three days total.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

DIARRHEA FOR A WEEK. had to go to the emergency room. Happened after eating steak bowl at chipotle. Ate it for lunch, symptoms started that night. Got worse every day until I went to the er and got antibiotics. First thing the er doctor asked me is if I ate at chipotle. Never eating there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I purchased food July 14th which was Friday. I had a steak bowl, I would say within a couple hrs I immediately felt sick to my stomach. I begin to vomit and have pain in my abdomen.
