I ordered a sandwich and an hour after eating I started having severe stomach pain. I then felt dizzy, nauseated and hot. I slept on and off throughout the night, waking up to needing to use the bathroom (diarrhea). Ate a meatball sub with tomatoes, lettuce, parm cheese, spinach, provolone and sweet peppers. This was Sun evening 2/16. Then all of Monday 2/17 I experienced constant vomiting from morning to evening.
