Store was giving away free tacos for World Series ...they pretty much RUSHED all the food out either undercooked and overlooked ....I tried the new Chicken Taco Dip Sticks with Cheese Potatoe Burritto and 1-2 hours later I got very sick and hard to go to hospital to get treated .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate lunch at the local Taco Bell on 10/28. By the next morning I was nauseous, running a fever and diarrhea. Nothing I had for breakfast or dinner could have made me sick as I ate at home and both meals from sources (cereal, milk, bread, etc.) used for other meals with no problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
