Ordered a traditional breakfast with coffee to go. The sour cream was not packaged properly and was left in the container steaming with eggs and steak. I ordered a Greek Salad with chicken and feta cheese from there. I only ate that salad the entire day. I got extremely sick 6 hours after eating the salad- the appropriate time it takes to digest food. My symptoms were: stomach ache, nausea, throwing up, head... See More ache, chills, and muscle weakness. I got tested for COVID the next day after having these symptoms and I am negative so it is not a possible reason. I have had food poisoning before and I know what it feels like it, all of my symptoms were in line with food poisoning. I called them to report this and they completely disregarded me because I didn’t have medical proof. I called out of concern for other customers experiencing the same thing I did. They showed complete and utter lack of care and negligence on the phone. They didn’t even ask any details and just said they don’t look into it without a doctors confirmation- not everyone has access to medical care, that does not mean they don’t experience food poisoning. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers’ health. My family and I will never eat there again. Get some quality control and look into food poisoning reports seriously!!! shame on you. I ordered a spicy chicken and Jack quesadilla, fries and a strawberry milkshake and the milkshake wasn't very frozen. It tasted okay though.
