6/23/18 Five members of my family ate at this restaurant. Two members had salsa and lettuce.These two members suffered from sever stomach cramps and diarrhea. The symptoms started within 24 to 48 hours after our meal.The digestive symptoms lasted for several days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Sunday, June 24, 2018. Had a chicken and rice bowl with cheese, black beans, and sour cream. Symptoms began Sunday evening and lasted through June 30, 2018. Doctor began treatment on June 29, 2018 with cipromyacin.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ate there Wednesday 6/27. Became horrifically ill within 5 hours with typical food poisoning symptoms. Primary symptoms lasted 24 hours with some plenty of feeling rotten as I recovered.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
