Food held in unsanitary condition was discarded and denatured by the manager. Condenser units have excess ice build up and dripping on foods. Pounds: 2,value 10. 27 priority violation issued: 7-38-005. Citation issued.

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: I believe a Stouffer's Swedish meatball frozen dinner caused my food poisoning.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
