I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting. My whole body had chills and it's made me extremely weak. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Stay away!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Chills

Ate Quarter-Pounder (which was dripping with grease from their "new & improved" cooking method) fries & coke @ around 2 PM on 9/01/18. About 2 hours later, had stomach cramps & nausea, then diarrhea. The cramps & sometimes the nausea lasted on & off for almost a week.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went in before work and got a mcflurry and chicken nuggets I took a few bites of mcflurry and ate my nuggets which was at 2:30 pm at about 4 something I'm having severe stomach pain did an 8.5 hour shift at work with about 6 of them throwing up.
