Ate at chipotle at 5:30 PM yesterday, burrito bowl, brown rice, no beans, sofritas and chicken, extra fajita, extra pico, hot sauce, and half sour cream. I ate at 7pm Arizona time, I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The symptoms started around 11 pm, but I didn't throw up and diarrhea until 530 am the next morning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
