I ate the bowl like I always have but this time couple hours later I started getting this uncontrollable cough no mucus just cough next day my body was completely sore, I threw up consistently. Had a v high fever and just felt like death on my third day being sick. I feel like death it’s not a joke.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Mucus in Stools

I ate a steak bowl with white rice, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce on 1/22 ~6 PM.. all symptoms began within an hour of eating. I have been in bed for two days with all symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a steak burrito with brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and sour cream. Symptoms began within a couple of hours and got progressively worse through the night. I have lost a significant amount of weight over the last 12 hours and am very weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
