My mom and I got a chicken burrito bowl on Thursday March 14, 2024. We shared it, it had black beans, white rice, chicken, fajita mix, Pico de Gallo, mild and hot salsa on side, Guacamole and lettuce.
We got chills, fever, muscle aches, headache and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain

My one year old and I got sick after eating from this chipotle on 3/16/23. With my one year old, I shared a barbacoa bowl with white rice, black beans, medium salsa, corn, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and guacamole. I ate a Chipotle chicken burrito 6:15PM Tuesday Mar 12, 2024. By the next day at 11AM I was quite ill. I was vomiting several times an hour, with diarrhea and chills and fever. It is now Saturday Mar 16 and I am finally able to sip liquids.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

I purchased a Chipotle bowl with rice, beans, chicken, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Roughly, 4-6 hours later I vomited what I ate from Chipotle and had constant diarrhea. Definitely caught food poisoning from eating at this Chipotle.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
