Yesterday my husband ate a Chipotle burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, queso, tomatillo salsa and lettuce. He had diarrhea and was vomiting simultaneously less than 6 hours later. It was so severe I had to take him to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
