I got a bowl with white rice pinto beans and cheese and queso with extra chicken with sour cream than a few hours later my stomach started to hurt very bad and I started throwing up and I still am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
