Ate vegetarian rice bowl from union square chipotle at 1 pm and got severe food poisoning 3 hours later. Vomiting diarrhea chills extreme pain. Unbearable . Tried to call restaurant and no one answered. Can't stop throwing up the rice bowl with beans, onion, salsa, sour cream, lettuce.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
