Barbacoa burrito with rice, beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I was so sick with severe stomach pains, Diarrhea and fever for about 4 days. I couldn't eat anything else for a few days as it made the stomach pains worst. Ate at the chipotle at Irvine spectrum on 7/9/17  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I ate a Veggie bowl around 11:30am 7/5. On the morning of 7/6 I had horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I was not able to keep any food down for approximately 3 days. I finally went to the doctor because I was experiencing diarrhea at least 5 times a day!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
