Ate a pepperoni pizza hot pocket around 3am and around 4am I was in the bathroom puking my guts out and using the bathroom at the same time. I’ve been throwing up for 6 hours. I will never eat hot pockets again!!!!! This feel terrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Diarrhea

I got sick after eating a Hot pocket I ate around 9 :30 pm then dozed off around 11 pm then woke up around 12:30 and I started feeling nauseous then I had the feeling I had to throw up then it just happened   | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a mozzarella and meatball hot pocket and 5 minutes later I felt sick to my stomach and light headed. My stomach then began to cramp and it felt like I had to throw up and use the bathroom at the same time. Will never eat a hot pocket again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Lightheaded

I ate a Spicy California Roll, only thing I ate. It tasted somewhat slimy, and by the time I got back home, no more than 15 minutes after eating it, I was already sick. I tried eating some hot pockets a little later, and I'm still sick from it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I bought hotpockets for months didnt notice that some were tampered with. The seal was broken. I had blood in my stool. Squeezed and no air loss on sealed hot pockets. I showed employee the expired and broken seal hot pockets and removed from shelf. I couldnt work for 1 day and a half.  | Symptoms: Nausea
