i had there for lunch yesterday and felt fine all day until i woke up this morning and threw it all up and felt terribly uneasy. i vomited and had diarrhea all day today. my husband had me take a few bites of his sandwich and i threw that up too. he’s throwing up today as well  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Had the roast beef sandwich with added turkey. Luckily only ate 1/4 of a sandwich as it was cut in 4s. Ate at 9pm work up at 1:30 am with cramping, pain and diarrhea.
