I was working in a Cupertino area.. at lunch time I went over to Mcdonalds, because it was the only fast food restaurant by me. After eating my meal I felt ill shortly after and even had to go home early from work. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.. Disgusting  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

The fries tasted funny, but being hungry I ate them. 3hrs later body started aching, stomach got hard. Fever came around. Around 4pm I started vomiting only the fries. Hour later I vomited more fries and some yellow ish mucus. Not I'm sitting home taking pepto bismol.
