Customers from O'Charley's restaurants are reporting food poisoning cases with the most common symptoms being nausea and diarrhea. In 2003 O'Charley's restaurants in Centerville and Macon, Ga infected 10 diners with the Hepatitis A virus that was later attributed to green onions.

My daughter and I both ate Mac and cheese from here at 6 pm. She awoke at 11:30 pm and vomited. I had diarrhea. Both had multiple episodes and it came on hard and fast. Symptoms seemed to subside within about 2 hours. It happened at 11:30 pm after eating here  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got their chicken tender salad with honey mustard, eggs, bacon, and cheese and within 6 hours I was violently vomiting, nauseous, stomachache, and diarrhea. This is the second time in less than a year that I’ve gotten food poisoning from that salad. I will not order again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
