I ate the 10 vegetable soup and the Southwest Chile lime salad with NO chicken - Monday around 7pm. At 12am I woke up with excruciating stomach pain and extremely bloated, this never happens to me! I’ve been vomiting and have soooo much abdominal pain it’s almost unbearable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Ordered chicken noodle soup and 1/2 chicken walnut sandwich on brown bread. Ate. Tasted ok. Within 45 minutes I was violently throwing up. Sick couple of hours. Later in evening stomach issues. Called dr in pm. Said sound we like food poisoning. It was the only thing… See more

I ate a chipotle bacon melt today at 1230- by 130 pm I had very bad indigestion followed by stomach pain that subsided after several hours and then returned after eating a small dinner.
