I ate there last week and got sick with diarrhea but couldnt tell if it was from panera or taco bell the day before. Then I went there again tonight and bam same exact symptoms as last week. This time however I didnt eat taco bell the day before so I know it was panera bread.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate a spinach salad around 3. Went to work at 5. Around 5:30 started experiencing extreme stomach pain and nausea. Tried to get some fresh air but it didn’t help. Stomach pain got worse and developed into cramps and I knew I was going to have diarrhea.… See more

Ordered Chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. Also ordered a 1/2 tuna sandwich and broccoli soup. I have been violently throwing up and having major bout of diarrhea. So. Friday nite, Apri 5, 2019; I ate the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. About 2 hours later developed severe stomach cramps and nausea and began vomiting for several hours throughout the night.
