I had breakfast there and the only thing I order was
spinach and artichoke souffle . that was around 10 :30 when I got home Around 3pm I was experiencing a very bad cramps ,diarrhea ,vomiting ,fatigue and fainting and I start to sweat .

I picked up a full Fugi apple chicken salad Saturday afternoon to eat half then half on Sunday for lunch or dinner. I ate it around 7pm Sunday night and woke up at 3am Monday morning with diarrhea and vomiting. 4 hours later, I am still sick and had to call off work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
