I went to Panera around 7:30 pm.
- ordered a half Greek salad and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup
- started experiencing diarrhea and dry heaving around 2 am
- started vomiting at 6 am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered my meal to go around 7pm 16 April 2016. I ate as soon as I arrive home and about an hour later the vomiting started and lasted until about Sunday at 4:45am. This was followed by about 5 episodes diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

My husband and I had the exact same meal for diner. I had the hot chocolate and the egg and sausage on Saturday breakfast. He did not.
