On Monday November 19th, I got a cobb salad from Perkins. I woke up the next morning with watery diarrhea that lasted two days, a terrible pounding headache, fever, and body-aches. Nausea, headache, and lack of appetite persisted for the rest of the week.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

I ate there on Saturday, 9/15/18. I ordered a chicken strips melt and then I woke up on Sunday morning with severe back/left side abdomen cramps, and vomiting. It went away, and then came back full force this morning. I have been in/out of the bathroom throwing up all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I came down with mild nausea and general gastrointestinal discomfort within a few hours of eating pie at Perkins. The nausea increased overnight and the next day I had several bouts of diarrhea, continued nausea, and overall weakness.
