I have been very ill for 6 days since I got food poisoning from this restaurant. I had a rainbow roll with raw fish. I did contact my physician and he told me it could take 7 days to feel better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

The noodles were undercooked and the sauce had looked as if it were microwaved and dried out. Tasted okay for never having it before but woke up with intense cramps and diarrhea persisting through the entirety of my day. This is the only thing I ate yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

Took one bite of a Big Mac and saw it was undercooked. Immediately told staff.
Other items in order were cold fries and sloppily made sandwiches that weren’t warm. Also told staff.
