On Tuesday October 4th evening, I got a footlong 12 inch with only mayonnaise, lettuce and white cheese toasted. I started to feel nauseous that night, and my stomach hurt. I then had diharea and it kept coming back non stop. I'm not sure if it's just food poisoning, but it sucked.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Last night, either the fountain drinks or the sandwich My husband ate a sandwich with steak and cheese and was fine but he tasted the soda after our daughter started violently vomiting and he said it tasted rancid. She also had a Turkey sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and shredded cheese.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

I had the 6" pepperoni and salami sub with peppers, spinach and jalapeños with a side of their chips.
All night i have had severe abdominal pain, bowel pain, nausea and vomiting.
I may need to go to the hospital as i am already chronically ill and this has made things worse!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other

I have not eaten since 6 am this morning. I stopped here bout 8 pm on my way to the hospital to visit papa. Got 2 Turkey Foot long sandwich meals. Turkey. Lettuce. Tomato. Pepper China. (totally out of 90%of everything. not stocked at all)
