Ordered a steak and cheese deluxe with jalepenos and green bell peppers on 3/5/17. Got back home to eat it around 5:30. Symptoms started around 11:00. Extreme vomiting and diarrhea. All night my stomach has been a mess and i havent slept a wink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I still may see a doctor if symptoms don't clear up in 8 hours. Had untoasted roast beef sandwich at 4:30pm and by 9pm that night I was vomiting and feeling the worst stomach cramps ever; my body just wanted that food out, I haven't been sick like this is years.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
