Hi, thanks for your comment. Onset times for food poisoning vary greatly. Chemical contamination can be within minutes, but there are other pathogens in which the onset of symptoms is not immediate and can show up later (e.g. Campylobacter - 2 to 5 days; E. coli - 1 to 8 days; Vibrio - 1 to 7 days).
I got food poisoning from there. I think that I slightly undercooked it since the melted cheeses were a little runny. It made me feel weird the moment I stopped eating and felt sick not long after. A few hours after dinner I was nauseous. I was then vomiting and had severe diarrhea. This lasted all night and the next morning. The FSIS is issuing a public health alert for Park Street Deli ready-to-eat (RTE) broccoli stuffed chicken breast produced by Vanguard Culinary Group, LTD because it may not be fully cooked due to underprocessing. FSIS is issuing this public health alert to ensure that consumers are aware... See More that this product should not be consumed. A recall was not requested because the product is no longer available for consumers to purchase. This item was shipped to retail locations in Alabama, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to the consumption of this product.
The affected product is:
- 16 oz (1 lb.) vacuum sealed trays containing “PARK STREET DELI Broccoli Stuffed Chicken BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HAND STUFFED WITH BROCCOLI & CHEDDAR AU GRATIN” with a use by date of 1/30/2023. The product was produced on December 3, 2022 and bears the establishment number “P-8334” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The problem was discovered when consumers reported to FSIS that the product labeled as fully cooked appeared to be raw.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased this product are urged not to consume it. It should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

Yesterday i placed a order through UberEats. I ordered wonton soup, egg rolls, Mongolian beef, Singapore lo mein. First started with an egg roll it tasted raw and under cooked lesson but I. I noticed that the broth was just lukewarm not even hot, which i thought was strange since i don't live that far from the restaurant and the driver was quick. Every time I ate a wonton it was cold when i bit into it. That's when I saw it was raw. Very pink and uncooked! I broke open the rest of them and they were all the same raw! I immediately reported it to UberEats. Was told someone would get back to me. It's the next day and I haven't heard from them despite speaking on the phone and emails. Last night i got nausea, cramping, and diarrhea. And I have to wait to see if I get some other kind of illness from undercooked pork. I was poisoned by this restaurant. I did a google search today and seen where someone had got raw chicken wings from there 11 months ago. I still feel sick today. Doctor said i might need antibiotics. Son healthy 24yr old male (no alcohol never ate off resort)6 days into stay started to vomit with Diarrhea,cold chills 7pm at night. Spent 4 days recovering-didn't even know who he was. All of us had stomach issues. Buffet had birds flying in sitting on top of food. Sick cats that bit 2 of us in buffet area. Cold food, undercooked food. Steam heaters under food not working. No hot water half the time, no clean towels or bottled water unless u begged. Lost his excursion money $150 , $50 in medication, $80 in cab back to hotel. $30 and 6 more hours in hospital upon return.
