Yesterday night I ordered some chicken nuggets with fries and later that evening after midnight I started feeling unwell. I woke up at 4am with intense diarrhea and puked. I currently still have nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

When ordering I wasn’t done and the guy taking my order became aggravated between 1 and 2 pm 4/5/24 I ordered 2 large chili ..and a kids meal the chili tasted really weird so I didn’t eat much and not long after that I became ill ..cramps vomiting all of it I saved the chili how can I get it tested?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had ordered a 10pc chicken nugget, a cup of chilli, and a baked potato. after eating and later in the day i took a nap and woke up with severe bloating and nausea, and had diarrhea. i believe it was the chilli or the nuggets that caused it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bloating
