2017 年 4 月 17 日上午 10 点，我有 2 份哈希布朗和甜咸冷啤酒。我立刻开始感到恶心，中午下班了。我回到家时就吐了，出现的是哈希布朗。哈希布朗和咖啡是我整天吃的全部。我整天都在腹泻，感觉很虚弱。
