8 月 26 日星期一中午 12 点，我吃了烤鸡肉沙拉，其中一个配牛油果和培根以及 Wendy's 的西南调味料。我是家里唯一一个得到沙拉的人，也是唯一生病的人我们经过了开车，开车直接回家，然后到达后立即吃了。我吃完了几个小时后胃部的痉挛和急剧疼痛开始让我感到恶心，然后是呕吐和节省腹泻，整个星期二晚上只是感觉悲伤和生病，现在是 28 日星期三午夜之后，我还在跑去浴室每隔几个小时都有腹泻。，我在最后一篇文本中已经很详细只有我在家里生病了。我是唯一吃沙拉的人

7/21/19 approx 3 pm. There was a foul odor coming from the soda fountains. Sewer smell.

Ordered delivery of medium pizza, pineapple and ham. Had four slices for diner. went to bed and woke up a few hours later with terrible cramps and diarrhea. this lasted all the next day, ive never had an issue with them and have been ordering from this store for years.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Both my daughter and I had for lunch. I ended up with horrible cramps, nausea and diarrhea all evening. It was the only thing I ate so I know it has to be. I had chicken tacos and French fries. My daughter had a bean burrito and fries and she seems to be fine so maybe it was the chicken that was bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
