I ate Ramen and sushi last night (1.01.18) and woke up to violent diarrhea and nausea this morning (1.02.18). Later in the morning, after eating just bread, I vomited violently and uncontrollably. I have a fever and have been in bed as a result all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

About 45 minutes after eating I had a sudden urge to visit bathroom and thereafter my belly began rumbling for hours. I had not eaten anything prior to this lunch meal for about 18 hours so I am pretty sure it was this place, this place I normally love.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My co-worker and I had lunch at this location on Wednesday December 13, 2017. We both became ill from the food we ate. We both had a chicken burrito. She started feeling ill Thursday evening and especially Friday. I began feeling ill on Friday. I will NEVER eat at another Chipotle AGAIN!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

所以我和我的家人去了圣巴布拉旅行然后我们要去圣塔莫尼卡，所以在去那里的路上我们在加油站停了下来，所以我和姐姐去了星巴克的洗手间然后我们出来点了饮料我用现金和 4 个高饮料两个香草豆一个焦糖冰沙摩卡咖啡和一个南瓜香料我给兄弟买了香草豆，给妈妈买了焦糖碎，给爸爸买了南瓜香料，但他不想要，所以我喝了我的家人试过了，他们说味道很讨厌但是我从中喝了，起初味道很奇怪，然后一两个小时后我开始喜欢它我们到了海滩我开始抽筋我感觉像扔掉它闻起来像南瓜的香料

在米饭和豆卷饼上没有奶酪或酱汁。还有俗气的嘉年华土豆没有奶酪或酸奶油。很简单。我在这里吃了几十次没问题。在 2017 年 12 月 30 日这里和第二天凌晨 3 点左右，我突然醒来时恶心了，然后我知道我要跑到洗手间扔掉了。它已经从两端出来了好几个小时。早上 8 点左右开始发冷和抽筋。我目前还在痛苦中。
