我和我的两个孩子昨天 8/7 在 Chipotle 吃了。我的儿子（孩子们墨西哥玉米饼、大米、斑豆、玉米、薯条）在半夜醒来两次然后吐了起来，头痛和胃痛。我的女儿（孩子们墨西哥玉米饼、大米、肉饼、玉米、薯条）在半夜醒来时头痛和胃痛，睡着了，早上醒来然后吐了起来。我（碗里有黑豆、鸡肉、fajita 蔬菜、guac 和生菜）自凌晨 2 点以来就出现了腹泻。我们现在都很虚弱并且正在复苏。

My daughter and son ate at Chipotle 2 days ago. My son hardly touched his. I ate something else (though I did have a few bites of his chicken). My daughter has been up since 3 AM puking. She can't even hold water down.  | 症状: 呕吐

Ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, sofritas, fajita veggies, lettuce, cheese, corn salsa, and hot salsa around 12:00pm on Friday 8/27 and am STILL suffering from horrible diarrhea. I have lost weight and suspect I got a parasite.  | 症状: 腹泻
