我和我丈夫于 2018 年 7 月 15 日在那里吃过。我们俩都吃了一个带生菜和西红柿的汉堡包，我们也有普通的薯条和地瓜薯条。半夜到早上我们都病得很重。我们有严重的 diarreah，严重的胃痉挛，疼痛程度为 9，恶心，头痛。我的医生给了我一个抗生素处方来帮助我，因为我的免疫系统受损。我已经到了生病的第二周。我丈夫也有同样的症状。

I had The Philadelphia roll on Thursday, July 26, 2018 for lunch. I started feeling weird a few hours after and began to have severe discomfort in my stomach and the next day I vomited 6 times and diarrhea for a few days. I had a mild fever as well.
