Ate carls jr around noon started to feel sick couple hours after ive had explosive diarrhea vomiting my head has been spinning ive been sweating non stop its 11pm ive never been this sick from eating nowhere will never eat carls jr again  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate there Wednesday 6/27. Became horrifically ill within 5 hours with typical food poisoning symptoms. Primary symptoms lasted 24 hours with some plenty of feeling rotten as I recovered.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Bought the mirepoix to make soup (precut veggies), as I was cooking the onions carrots and celery I thought it smelled funny. I ate the soup which was just these veggies with chicken broth and was sick with a fever nausea and vomiting hours later. :(((  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
