我整天都感觉绝对不错。订购了 Salkon 沙拉。去上班了几个小时。开始感觉严重偏头痛，所以早点离开家小睡和休息。我真的醒了然后他在我睡觉时呕吐了！！我生命中从来没有发生过这种情况。我把沙拉扔在床上、床单上和我自己身上的任何地方。我现在感到非常恶心，好像我快要死了一样。我的人觉得他们快要爆炸了！我出汗、恶心、超级偏头痛，感觉绝对可怕。我有腹泻和呕吐。只是在浴室里闲逛。我很生气。我喜欢那个沙拉而且一直都能买到。我想今天的 Salmon 只是变坏了或者什么的。我感觉很糟糕，不知道该怎么办！我等不及要变得更好了。不知道我什么时候该打电话给医生或者去看病现在谷歌搜索解决方案。我再也不会点这种沙拉了，也不会在那里吃这个东西了。

Ate a TKY sandwich and chocolate smoothie (which tasted funny, didn't finish). Started getting cramps and diarrhea within two hours. Ate with a friend who did not get sick - the only things I ate and he didn't are tomatoes, turkey and the smoothie.  | 症状: 腹泻
