我不吃早餐而在午餐时买了一份沙拉。我认为它被称为西南鸡肉沙拉。里面有一袋鳄梨调味酱。无论是哪一个。吃完沙拉大约 5 个小时后，我不得不立即去洗手间。几个小时后，我变得有点头晕和恶心。那天我太恶心不能吃任何其他东西。我凌晨 2 点醒来时出汗可怕的胃痉挛，开始剧烈呕吐。我第二天早上 9 点之前就开始工作了，但仍然感到头晕。到中午开始感觉好了 90％。这一定是食物中毒。

Bought pork chops and potatoes. Cooked pork chops in the instant pot and if anything, they were slightly over-cooked and dry. Made mashed potatoes which were delicious. Sick within 4-5 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
