Salad bowl no vinaigrette, with carnitas, brown rice, pinto beans, no salsa, guac, cheese, sour cream. A coke. (Fountain drink). Symptoms started about an hour later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2017 年 12 月 19 日中午 12:30 访问了这个地点，订购了一个装有白米玉米番茄的鸡碗青椒洋葱生菜 sourcream 坐在里面大约 1:35 左右为了享受港口景点在下午 2 点 30 分左右骑着 farris Wheel 回到 chipotle 使用洗手间开始感到恶心四点半左右因出汗而发冷回家真的不太好去看医生

I went to McCormick & Schmick's with my family. I ate the crab tower and stuff Salmon. The crab tower tasted fish. After the meal I began to feel bad. I went home and have been vomiting for the last 4 hours.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Within 30 minutes to an hour after eating the chicken nuggets, first and only thing at all day, my stomach began to upset become nauseating. For the next 15 hrs which is now, I've have diarrhea over 5 times, constant nausea, and a little vomitting!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
