Visited this location on 12/19/2017 at 12:30noon ordered a chicken bowl with white rice corn tomatoes greenpeppers onions lettuce sourcream sat inside ate left about 1:35 or so to enjoy the habor attraction's rode the farris wheel around 2:30pm returned to chipotle to use the rest room… See more

I ate an Original Hamburger and French Fries and an hour or two later noticed a strong fever coming. When I got back home, I had a burning fever, aches, chills and nausea. I am still ill two days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

i ate rice, steak, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. i was sick in about an hour and a half. vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps. vomiting and diarrhea lasted 3 days, stomach cramps have lasted almost 7 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
