我在 2018 年 1 月 14 日下午 3 点左右在 Mod Pizza 吃过饭。另外，Mod Pizza 是我今天唯一吃的食物。我有一个 11 英寸的普通外壳，里面有意大利辣香肠、辣香肠和烤蘑菇。那天晚上 6 点左右我开始感到不适（恶心，胃部搅动）。此时我在晚上 10 点左右上床睡觉时我因寒战而发抖。我在午夜醒来后开始呕吐和腹泻。我整晚都在断断续续地腹泻。第二天 15 日星期一我精疲力尽，只能喝水。

Ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, tomato, corn, and cheese on 12/19. Symptoms began that night and have continued for 2 days/nights so far.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
