2020 年 1 月 25 日星期六，我和我的家人获得了外带。我们中有 5 个鸡肉三明治（2 个辛辣，3 个经典），3 个有鸡腿和薯条。2 个辛辣的三明治配有洋葱圈、红豆和大米作为侧面。这是我们在几周内共同分享的唯一一顿饭！周日早上，我 8 岁的女儿醒来很病。她甚至在尝试之前拒绝吃早餐，然后呕吐。不久之后我变得非常恶心，其次是我 13 岁的侄女。恶心来袭后不久她开始呕吐。不久之后，我的丈夫和姐姐感到恶心，其次是我 6 岁的女儿，她在午饭后立即开始呕吐。我们试图吃晚餐，但这么多人生病了，这种努力是徒劳的。我 6 岁的侄女呕吐了她的午餐，早上睡觉，我丈夫吃了晚餐后马上呕吐了，我妹妹上床睡觉恶心又虚弱，所有的孩子也都做完了。我晚上睡觉后开始呕吐，我的弟弟在星期一早上生病了。房子里唯一没有生病的人是我差不多 20 个月大的儿子在那里吃东西！

My job awarded us with donuts for not going into meal compliance. They were from this location. We even had the little hats. I had two and now a day later I am basically peeing poop out of my butt. I feel very sick. I’m not sure if it was the sugar but I feel horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate a charcuterie appetizer with Imberico sausage plus a NY strip steak entree with a vegetable side. It's likely that either the appetizer or the vegetables were the issue since others at the table had bites from my steak with no adverse affects.  | 症状: 呕吐
