Ate lunch today and had the soup special which was mushroom soup. I also had a burger. Within an hour I developed severe diarrhea. I’m assuming it was the soup but could also have been the burger.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Morningstar Veggie Chorizo (frozen). Ate at 6pm and by 1am was vomiting my brains out. This was the only item that only I ate, and I was only one to get sick so it has to be this item.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的女朋友在她家从 7-Eleven 订购了一个普通的奶酪披萨，她在那里以非常便宜的价格买了它。披萨看起来还不错，但是那天晚上晚些时候我的肚子确实感到有点疼痛。

第二天早上，我胃痛很大，醒来后一个小时内就呕吐了。正如我们可以从比萨饼中看出的那样，从颜色和半消化的部分可以看出来，这很明显。我整天也有很多腹泻，不得不过度使用洗手间。那天晚上，胃痛又变得更强壮了，最后我又呕吐了。幸运的是，大多数症状在那之后就结束了。

我的身体可能出了点问题，特别是因为我的女朋友相对没有受到影响（尽管她报告说有些胃痛和气体积聚）。但是，食物中毒的症状足以让人担心。是的，7 Eleven 不是买披萨的最佳场所，但价格便宜与否，无论如何，导致疾病都是真正的危险。

晚上 10 点左右三天前我吃了 4 个鸡块和一个炸鸡三明治。（不吃饭）。在意识到中间没有煮熟之前吃了大部分。把剩下的都扔掉了我的儿子和我生病了。腹泻、呕吐、恶心、胃痛现在持续 3 天了。从那以后就没能吃东西或压住任何东西了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
