Boyfriend had spicy chicken tenders at around 8:30-9pm. Started feeling funny shortly after: Nausea. Felt sick to his stomach while he was still eating and couldn't finish. Woke up early this morning with explosive diarrhea, severe stomach pain, dry heaving, and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Cabbage Roll Appetizers Husband stopped for a meal, had cabbage rolls, rice and fish. Was sick with diarrhea and vomiting within few hours, he has a bad headache and dizziness, so bad he had to call ambulance, currently in hospital ER being treated.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 头晕

Traditional honey wings  I skipped breakfast and went there for lunch. I ordered the traditional honey—something wings. About two or three hours later I became nauseous and had mild diarrhea. Ordered a two piece fried chicken meal with coke slaw and a biscuit for lunch, at aprox 1 PM. Felt nauseous all afternoon and did not eat dinner. Was vomiting by 9 PM the same day.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心
