Cake indidual slice from bakery Ate cake in the early afternoon Thursday 12/18/19. After about 30 mins felt sick to stomach. Ran some errands. Came home threw up took a nap. Since then have been in bed with nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps. Starting to feel better but not 100%  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

parmesean chicken salad, Had the 1/2 portion parm chicken salad with 2 dressing packets and a glass of ice water. About an hour later I felt nauseous. I went to the bathroom to have a bm. an hour later After that went back to bathroOmaha and purged entire salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at Saturday 11/30 around 3:30 pm. My stomach started doing flips around 11 pm 12/1. I was up at 3 am nauseous and having diarrhea on 12/2. I am just now getting over it. My mother ate the same thing I did and is sick as well. The doctor told her food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 11 月 24 日星期日上午 11 点左右吃了。同一天晚上 5 点左右，我整夜都有几次爆炸性的 diarreah，今天，11 月 25 日星期一整天上班，并且已经在床上上下好几次。我今天确实至少有 15 次以上的 diarreah。现在我的粪便里有血我正在发烧。我有肋骨（我一直都有），但是这次它们非常坚硬，似乎没有煮熟。我们在餐厅开业的时候就走进去了，我想也许他们在煮熟的情况下为他们提供了服务。我还订购了 Cole Slaw 和青豆。不幸的是，由于我丈夫换了工作，我们的健康保险在 30 天内没有生效。我不知道该怎么办。我认为我的症状导致食物中毒，但我无法负担去急诊室或错过工作的费用。我非常沮丧，不知道该怎么办。自从我访问 Dickeys 以来，我几乎没有吃东西，所以我知道这就是导致我生病的原因。
