I ordered the chicken burger with grilled onions and mushrooms on Saturday, January 13. My side dish was grilled green beans, and I also sampled some of my friends' dishes. I was the only one with vomiting - stomach started hurting about 9pm, vomiting around midnight, diarrhea around 4am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I got sick on June 6, 2016. I had the steak burrito for lunch. I missed three days of work. Testing for Salmonella was positive and cost $700. Have not been back since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate there around 12 noon on June 22, 2017. I had a soft taco with steak, pico, cheese and lettuce. Experiencing uncontrollable diarrhea since 12 midnight. My whole body aches, especially the intestinal area and I am running a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
