Purchased steak and provolone cheese 6 inch wheat flatbread with tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, mayo & spicey mustard. Purchased Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. I ordered the chicken burger with grilled onions and mushrooms on Saturday, January 13. My side dish was grilled green beans, and I also sampled some of my friends' dishes. I was the only one with vomiting - stomach started hurting about 9pm, vomiting around midnight, diarrhea around 4am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got sick on June 6, 2016. I had the steak burrito for lunch. I missed three days of work. Testing for Salmonella was positive and cost $700. Have not been back since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
