昨天晚上 6 点 20 分左右我从 Chipotle 那里得到了食物。我通常每次去都会得到同样的东西，但这次决定添加 sofritas。我得到了孩子们的奶酪墨西哥饼餐，里面有温和的米豆，还有带橙子和牛奶的 sofritas。晚上 10 点左右，我开始感到恶心，但无论如何都试图把它睡掉。凌晨 12 点我最终呕吐了两次，然后开始变热，感觉很虚弱。目前我头疼，如果我四处走动，仍然会感到恶心。

11 月 8 日星期四晚上 7 点左右，我在希尔斯伯勒街的 Jasmin＆Olivz 拿起晚餐，然后开车回家。我丈夫吃了一个陀螺仪，上面有平常的东西，然后问我们第二天晚上能不能再在那里吃饭，因为它太好吃了。我吃了辛辣的沙拉三明治皮塔饼，很好吃我们很高兴找到这家餐厅，因为它非常好吃而且价格合理。我们在晚上 9 点左右吃了这顿饭。我睡着了，醒来大约 3 时感觉非常恶心，胃痉挛剧烈出汗，皮肤苍白，眩晕。然后我呕吐过多。大约一个小时后，我爬回床上。爬上床不久后我又感到恶心了。然后我开始呕吐。我还有胃痛和恶心。我感觉太虚弱了，以至于剩下的时间我都在浴室地板上度过。星期五我定期睡觉醒来呕吐，尽管我没有食用固体食物，只喝了少量的姜汁汽水。最后我服用了抗恶心栓剂这样我就可以减少液体。到那时我已经非常虚弱了，伴随着恶心和胃部不适，头痛和喉咙痛。然后我整个下午大部分时间都开始睡觉，然后喝点姜汁汽水。我联系了企业，得知没有经理在值班。我在电话里通知了那个人怀疑的食物中毒。我还在北卡罗来纳州卫生与公共服务部罗利分部留言。然后我睡了整晚。星期六的特点是疲劳和食欲不振，我一整天都能吃 4 块吐司、香蕉和一些液体。没有人通过相关企业或卫生部门联系过我。

花了将近 50 美元买 Bojangles 只是为了得到未煮熟的鸡肉，嗯，你仍然可以看见鲜血。也把它全部扔掉了。在企业和试图找到解决方案的整个过程中，客户服务都很差。猜猜他们不像以前那样好

2018 年 11 月 1 日吃了午饭。我经常在这里吃饭。我订购了组合 pho。面条味道陈旧，肉汤不是平常的味道或温度。我无法完成 pho。24 小时后，晚上我发烧和发冷，精疲力尽。第二天有些相同但现在很恶心。第 3 天我开始呕吐，可以将任何食物或水保持两天。

Me and my husband both had salad and we got sick that evening I had bbq chicken and he had steak so we are guessing the salad since thats the same thing we ate. Our kids didnt eat salad and are fine  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
