Me and my sister went to Chipotle about 2 days ago and we got a bowl with rice and chicken and all that stuff and now she had to pull over from DC because she was vomiting and I have also been nauseous and sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate a chicken sandwich yesterday around 5 o'clock. Started feeling ill a couple hours after. At 11 pm the vommiting and diareaha started. It was non stop for hours. That location has slowed down a lot. It was also the only thing I really ate yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的未婚夫在 2017 年 12 月 12 日星期二下午 2 点 45 分至 2 点 50 分左右访问了这个 Popeyes。我点了鱼虾拼盘，我的未婚夫订购了两件套鸡肉套餐。同一天下午 5 点左右我的胃开始疼痛，我也开始呕吐。星期三 12/13/17 我有不停的腹泻，如果不上厕所我无法去任何地方。我用过洗手间二十多次了。现在是 17 年 12 月 14 日上午 10:30 我正在去医院的路上，我的症状已经恶化了。我还有不停的腹泻和严重的头痛。
